Park Life is a series of photographs I took over the course of the second growing season at The High Line Park in New York City. The High Line is the city’s newest park. It occumpies the space of a disused elevated freight railroad that once wound its way through the west side of Manhattan. The park is planted with all native species, many of which I have documented here. My aim was to document the park’s unique design and plantings as well as the visitors and staff who populate it.
